After four seasons, almost 50 episodes, despite constantly finding itself on the chopping block, with issues ranging from production problems to the COVID-19 pandemic. It appears the show will be able to go out on its own, trailblazing soon.

The Wrap reports season 4 will mark the end of the line for the show. After going on a hiatus during the fourth season of the show, which aired its most recent episode on August 30, Wynonna Earp will return to wrap up its run on March 5. Six episodes are left to air of the show, with the series finale set to air on April 9.

For those who haven't watched Wynonna Earp, the show may be better known for its fans - 'Earpers' - than for the content of the series itself. At one point when the show was on the brink of cancellation, fans banded together and rented a billboard in Times Square to help save the show. Those efforts were rewarded with an appreciation billboard from star Melanie Scrofano, who plays the titular character.

With the end in sight, the question is how the show will draw to a close. There were plenty of questions after season 3, not all of which have been answered yet. When the show last aired, Wynonna and Rosita were battling one another before teaming up to fight demonic nuns. Only six episodes remain of Wynonna Earp, and 'Earpers' will be watching them ionately.
