The E3 2021 into a frenzy of new game announcements from both companies. Together under one banner, Xbox and Bethesda promised perhaps the biggest day of the 2021 E3 expo, with AAA games from the many studios supervised by each company.

Bethesda kicked off the showcase with a look at Starfield, showcasing an in-game teaser video that gave a look at some of its weapons and vehicles, along with a brief glimpse at its story. The Starfield release date leaked shortly before the showcase, revealing the RPG will be exclusive to Xbox consoles and PC.

Halo Infinite Will Have Crossplay, Cross-Progression Between Xbox & PC

The following games were shown off during the 2021 Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase at E3. Follow the linked text for full trailers and more information about those particular titles. Brand new game and DLC announcements are bolded. Almost all of these games will be available on Xbox Game .

Highlights from the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase include the surprise Sea of Thieves and Pirates of the Caribbean crossover, the gorgeous Forza Horizon 5, and Arkane's Redfall. The lattermost is a solo or co-op FPS featuring four playable heroes, each with unique abilities. It will allow players to "choose [their] path across the island" of Redfall in order to "discover what caused this plague of bloodsuckers and put an end to the threat," according to co-op shooters like Back 4 Blood and immersive sims like Arkane's own Dishonored.
