Yellowjackets season 3, episode 7 implies that Shauna's stalker could be Hannah's daughter, whom the group didn't even know existed. The tape recordings sent to Shauna include a message from Hannah to her daughter, Alex, leading the current wilderness survivors to believe that the adult daughter is now seeking revenge for what happened to her mother. Not only does Yellowjackets confirm that Edwin, Kodiak, and Hannah don't make it out of the wilderness alive, but the show also crosses a few other names off of the survival list.

Two More Survivors Won't Make It To The Rescue
Despite being a major update regarding the survivor list, Yellowjackets season 3 casually reveals that Melissa and Gen are dead in the modern-day timeline. During the road trip to Virginia, Shauna, Taissa, Van, and Misty discuss Hannah's recording. When contemplating who could have had the tape, Tai mentions that Melissa and Gen got close to Hannah in the wilderness, but Van counters, saying, "They're both dead." Considering there haven't been any other mentions of the characters in Yellowjackets' present timeline, it seems like they won't be among the group who get rescued.

Everyone who was on the plane in Yellowjackets' first episode is very unlucky, but after careful consideration, I've determined the unluckiest one.
Ironically, the same Yellowjackets episode that confirms Melissa's death is the same one that features the character getting shot from Kodiak's crossbow. The crossbow bolt hits Melissa between the chest and right shoulder. Unable to pull it out, Gen and Mari find no other way to help Melissa except to push the bolt through and out of her back. Neither Melissa nor Gen dies in the attack, but we now know that their time will be coming to an end sooner or later, even though both characters have been given more prominence this season.

The Stalker Isn't Who We Initially Expected
Whereas more attention had been put on Gen after she was recast for Yellowjackets season 3, Melissa has been getting more focus due to her relationship with Shauna. Based on the romantic twist, there has been a theory suggesting adult Melissa is Shauna's stalker in Yellowjackets season 3, with the grown-up version of the character being played by series newcomer Hilary Swank. However, the confirmation of Melissa's death officially ends any chance that she's the one who has been messing with Shaun in the present day.
Hannah doesn't make it out of the wilderness alive, but the tape recordings prove that the Yellowjackets are linked to her death, so it would make sense that the daughter ends up seeking revenge.
Granted, the stalker remains one of Yellowjackets season 3's biggest mysteries. With the revelations surrounding Edwin, Hannah, and Kodiak, all signs are now pointing to Hannah's daughter being Shauna's Yellowjackets stalker. Hannah doesn't make it out of the wilderness alive, but the tape recordings prove that the Yellowjackets are linked to her death, so it would make sense that the daughter ends up seeking revenge. How Alex got the recordings and whether she killed Lottie is still unclear.

What Will Happen To Melissa & Gen?
When Shauna and Natalie find Hannah hiding in the woods, they team up with Taissa and Van, deciding to bring back the woman as a prisoner. She also offers medical supplies to help with Melissa's wounds. It's certainly possible that Melissa ends up dying from the crossbow incident, especially with the threat of infection or lung injuries, but based on the mention that Melissa becomes closer to Hannah, we can assume her death won't be immediate. Hannah and Gen could become Melissa's primary caregivers, explaining how the pair get close to the outsider.

As Yellowjackets' survivor list gets smaller, it's important to that the group will soon face another tough winter. Food could become an issue again, leading to more ritualistic sacrifices. Perhaps Melissa and/or Gen end up as the unlucky Queen of Hearts recipients. It's also possible that one or both get rescued, but something leads to their deaths before the events of the current timeline. With conflicts set to arise in Yellowjackets, division among the group will become more frequent, so whatever is in store, we can expect the death toll to increase in the '90s timeline.
