In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom there are tons of weapons to choose from, and the Weapon Fusion ability further expands the options for players to anything they could dream of. Players are now only limited by their imagination and with that, many are looking for ways to take advantage of crafting elemental weapons.

One element in particular that can be fun to play with in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is electricity. There are several items Link can use to make electric weapons and all of them can be incredibly helpful when taking on enemies, especially those that are significantly stronger.

10 Yellow Chuchu Jelly Arrows

Chuchu Jelly in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is one of the easiest fuse materials to come across. There are several variations all over Hyrule and the different colors indicate different potential elemental properties. For example, Yellow Chuchu Jelly indicates an electrical property.

If killed and collected, this Jelly will provide shock damage when fused onto a weapon. Unfortunately Chuchu jelly is a single-use item, so it is best reserved for arrows, not melee weapons. Players can also make their own by whacking a normal chuchu with an electrical item, which will cause them to drop electrical chuchu jelly.

9 Shock Fruit Weapon

Shock Fruit is a collectible item that can be found and gathered in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Similarly to Chuchu jelly, it is also a single-use item, but it provides electrical properties to weapons giving them shock damage. Since it is also a single-use item, it is best used on arrows to create an area of electricity upon landing and bursting.

Though it can provide the shock damage that Link is looking for, it is not going to be ideal as the trees that grow this fruit are not very abundant.

8 Topaz Weapon

There are several gems in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom with elemental properties. Each gem correlates to a specific property and in this case, Topaz is the gem that gives off electrical properties. Though it can be fused to any weapon to create the ability to cause shock damage, it is almost better used as a defensive weapon.

When attached to a shield, if enemies attack it, they will receive shock damage meaning that this is a great way to keep weapons free but also have the option to deal shock damage if need be.

7 Electric Keese Eye Arrows

Shocking a Keese in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Keese Eyes in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, in general, are very good items to fuse onto arrows, purely because they give the arrows a homing property that forces them to track down their target. However, other than generalized Keese enemies, there are also elemental variants that drop monster parts with the same elemental ability attached to them. In this case, Electric Keese enemies will drop Electric Keese Eyeballs which can be attached to an arrow to create a shocking homing device.

6 Electric Keese Wing Arrows

Similarly to the Keese Eyes, the elemental variants of Keese Wings are acquired by defeating Electric Keese enemies. Whereas the eyes will create a homing arrow that narrows in on its target without good aim, the Keese wing simply gives arrows the ability to fly a little further than normal.

This can be great for any number of ranged attacks, but especially in the case of something like defeating enemies on a battle talus in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Using not only a Keese Wing, but an Electric Keese Wing can allow Link to do decent amounts of damage from a safe distance.

5 Electric Lizalfos Horn Weapon

As with most horns, the Lizalfos Horn works best with melee weapons. When using an Electric Lizalfos Horn, Link gains the ability to do shock damage with a melee weapon. This is great for taking on several enemies at a time as any added-on elemental property will do larger amounts of damage and typically affect more than one enemy at a time.

For those with a lower amount of hearts looking to keep their distance, a spear may be better suited than a sword as a base for this weapon fusion.

4 Farosh's Horn Weapon

Farosh is the Electrical Dragon that flies across the sky of Hyrule, with the occasional trip to the Depths. It is easy to pinpoint as it flies in the same pattern over and over on the lower southwest area of the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom map and has constant little electrical orbs coming off of it.

Unlike the other elemental dragons, Link does not need to worry about any specific weather conditions aboard this Dragon when he goes to collect its horn. Not only does it make a stunning weapon, but it is very durable and provides high attack power with shock damage.

3 Shock Like Stone Weapon

Shock like monsters are found in central Hyrule within Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

The Shock Like Stone is an item that is typically dropped from Electric Like Like enemies. It is a small circular stone that has the ability to give weapons electrical properties. Though it can be fused to a melee weapon, it is much better off being fused to arrows for that boost to damage at a safe distance. Unfortunately, though a useful item, Shock Likes can be hard to come across often in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom's Hyrule, so the supply of this is likely to be slim.

2 Thunder Gleeok Weapon

Gleeok materials are some of the most powerful Link can fuse to his weapons in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The Thunder Gleeok Horn specifically provides shock damage to any item it is fused with. It's recommended players use this option with a melee weapon for the best possible results.

Unfortunately, Gleeoks are rather hard to kill and track down, so Link may have a hard time gaining this material, but when he does, he should be sure to keep them on hand. Multiples usually drop at once from one fight, so Link at least won't be left with only one.

1 Shard of Farosh's Spine Weapon

This is perhaps one of the easiest methods for making a lot of shock-damage melee weapons in one go. The Shards of Dragon spines last a long enough time to make them pretty durable when fused to a base and just hopping on the back of a Dragon once can provide around ten of these shards as Link simply needs to just walk along the back of the Dragon in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and look for areas where shards are sticking out.

There are usually 1-2 every couple feet and since this doesn't count as harvesting a dragon material in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Link can go ahead and do that once he's done as well.
