I would not call myself a casual player. Lost count on how many runs i completed including getting the golden dice. But this was a surprise.

A useless surprise, Astarion is the kind of character you always want to have in your party or at least temporary. Why you would want him dead even when doing an evil playthrough makes no sense.

Clearly not intentional however.
