While most of the article is accurate, I think the Cloyce issue is tough. Cloyce doesn’t work for Gary, he works for Glenn. It’s not his job, yet, to manage the chef. That being said, I think he has a huge drinking issue, which leads sexual harassment issues. I would want to see him be several years sober before I hired him as a captain. And as a captain, I would say, zero fraternization with the crew, not even flirting. Currently he is the definition of an HR nightmare.

I’m sure that when your parents named you Cher, they had high hopes for your future. Little did they know know that you’d wind up writing drivel like this. Hating on Capt. Sandy is so easy. Way to be a lemming and trying to tear down a woman that is killing it in an industry that is dominated by men.
