Watch the film. Even the blind man trying to figure out the elephant, consuming it one bite at a time, can see Gary's disrespect, misogyny, lack of respect, physical & vocal sexual harassment. His release from the show should include all specific reasons. Don't gloss over or sweep under the rug to defects from thè producer's & showrunner's responsibilities. They should never condone this behavior to gain more viewers.
