Yes Grant Gustin was a good Flash. But I stopped watching the show after the 2nd season. It became too repetitive… every season introduced yet another speedster villain. (Apparently there’s a rule that superheroes in TV or movies must always fight villains with the same powers.)

At some point Marvel Studios just started throwing characters against the wall to show how cool their extended universe is. But they became pointless like all the cameos actors during end credits scene that we will never see again. (Hello Harry Styles).

Does anyone Warner Brothers decision to give Ryan Reynolds an entirely CGI costume and mask in “Green Lantern”? It looked so fake, it took you entirely out of the moment. Studios turn to CGI far too often. It’s just as fake as AI.

Marvel Studios doesn’t know what to do with genuine talent. Gwyneth Paltrow, Natalie Portman, Lupita Nyong'o, and Rachel Weisz have all won Oscars but have been pigeonholed as girlfriends or wives of the “real” heroes. Three more Oscar winner (Charlize Theron, Angelina Jolie, and Olivia Coleman) have been relegated to bit parts or cameos. Sure, Brie Larson won an Oscar, but she wasn’t trusted to carry her own sequel and got stuck with two sidekick played by unknowns. 

Although Wicked & Cats are both musicals, you can’t compare them based on their reviews. While Wicked has received glowing reviews, Cats was reviled by critics. And Dear Evan Hansen? A story about a teen boy played by a 28 year old man doesn’t have the same cross over appeal as Oz.

Prometheus was full of plot holes and Covenant was the worst movie of the entire franchise. Please NO more sequels by Ridley Scott… move on and hand the reigns to someone else.

First, there are alway multiple suits made. But Gun’s cavalier attitude shows he has no respect for Henry Cavill’s legacy. Until Deadpool make a cameo, I think Gunn’s new Superman movie will tank. .

An I officially announce that I will never watch a Marvel movie or TV show again. The repeat the same stories over and over again. And there are no consequence. How many character have died and returned. Too many!
