Blud, Superman ires Batman. Batman deals with darkness, corrupted ones, Batman knows what he's doing and knows how the world works. The one who made justice league is Batman, even when he's a normal human, he rised up to the leagues of higher aspect in every comics.

Superman or any Kryptonians are weak to Magic. DC already proved this long ago by showing Superman vs Shazam, Superman vs Black Adam. Recently Shazam regenerated half of his body with magic powers in a fight showed his endurance is higher than Superman. So Thor have upperhand over Superman with his Magic abilities. If Superman got pushed far from Sun and he might lose stamina and Thor still would have magic to fight. Even when both are closed combat fighters, I think thor would win.
