Superman & Lois' Death Timing Means It's Impossible For The Show To Repeat A Classic Superhero Death Trope
Well, yeah, since it's the very last episode of the very last season. This was a beautiful way to end the series. It always heart my heart to think of Clark spending centuries mourning Lois.
I'm Convinced Superman & Lois Is Setting Up Lex Luthor's Victory With A Dark Twist That Changes Everything
This show needs to have a happy ending. Period. This isn't Batman.
I expect Luthor to fight Superman while wearing his traditional green fighting suit in the finale, but ultimately win and maybe enjoy some serenity, finally, with his family. It's also possible Clark will lose his powers and live a normal life with Lois, which he probably wouldn't hate, and for Jonathan to step into the Superman role the way Jon in the comics sometimes does. Maybe Jordan will turn out to have to go to the 30th century and train with the Legion or something. Anything that will send him away. He's ceaselessly irritating.
