Its not just they cant top themselves. It was all the other people trying to copy it, saturating the market; a few good, many many more bad to worse. Top that off with Americas lack of ability to keep interest and stories were spaced soooo far apart. I know they think they did too much, I disagree. I think they expanded too much and didnt properly interweave the stories enough, especially after Avengers 4. Maybe it was the hard turn after firing Majors, or maybe it was poor planning. Or a combo. I also thought their disney+ stuff was good, but under utilized as a jumping board to the movies. Except Wandavision and Loki..I think they were always trying to draw new people in that werent already interested, so there wasnt "homework". But to me, they missed opportunity to fill in blanks, answer questions, and setup what came next. The movies shouldve always weaved in the main character to the next movie. Even if it was just ing them in the street or getting shwarma.. Finally The Marvels was great. Not completely on topic there. Im baffled by the response to it. It took a few risks, but i thought the trio of marvels was cute, funny, a great story with an excellent setup/intro to mutants.

I just read an article before this speculating on deaths of long time MCU characters. Then this article speculating on those still alive. I really hope we dont get some overly complicated plot that trys to portray convoluded as "smart". I also really hope that we dont end up with a bunch og character deaths to cleanup unfavorable characters or characters that "exceeded their shelflife". In the overall story Wanda has been a great addition, and i never for a second believed "multiverse of madness" was going to be scarlet witch's last entry. Shes way too powerful as a character and way too liked by the fans. Honestly, i cant believe she hasnt had her own trilogy by now.

I thought the roseanne tweeting was pretty funny. Mean, but funny. But thats always been her humor. Crude, angry and mean. Its why i like her. I felt when she apologized it shouldve been done and over. Its wierd how we put a guy saying 100xs worse with no apologies in a much more important position, but a comedian speaks their mind off the clock and thats it. Done. Youre fired. Its gonna be great, but this is coming from a guy who loved quantumaina and eternals. Im not an avid comic reader since i turned 7, and really got into my NES.
